Regulations
1. General terms of agreement
Regulations define the conditions and terms to make the reservation and rent the apartments on www.ea.wroclaw.pl. Making this reservation means you accept the terms and obligations of these regulations. Making the Internet reservation means the contract between Exclusive Apartments Company and Client is active.
2. Reservation with deposit
After making the Internet reservation you should pay 30% of total price to Exclusive Apartments Bank account. Next we will send you a voucher with all information, that you need for your stay in the apartment. On the voucher will be name of a contact person, who will give you keys for your apartment when you arrive. The same person will take the balance of payment on the day your arrival. Your deposit is non-refundable.
3. Reservation without deposit
Client may make reservation without deposit only when agreed to by Exclusive Apartments. On the day of arrival, Client is expected to pay Exclusive Apartments representative balance in full. Client must state his desire to have reservation without deposit clearly on e-mail form. Exclusive Apartments will respond to Client letting him know if this is agreed upon. In case of cancellation of non-deposit reservation with more than 15 days notice, Client bears no monetary responsibility. In case of cancellation within 15 days or less, Client agrees to pay penalty specified on chart below:

Reservation started can not be cut down. Guest is obliged to pay for the reservation already started.
4. Last minute reservation
Last minute reservation means that you make the Internet reservation less that 5 days before your arrival to the apartment. After you make this type of reservation via Internet, it is necessary to call Exclusive Apartments within 2 hours to confirm this reservation. At this point you will receive further instructions and information. Failure to call will result in cancellation of reservation. Contact is +48 515 138 177 (8 a.m. – 10 p.m.)
5. Tenancy agreement
Tenancy agreement between Exclusive Apartments and Client include only apartment rental. Transfers, food and leisure activities are the Client responsibility. Price includes gas, electric and water and a cleaning service after the end of your stay. Exclusive Apartments will provide full receipt for services rendered. No extra fees will be charged without full knowledge of client. Extra services can be provided by Exclusive Apartments for a nominal fee. These services may include, airport transfers, Internet connection, parking place in underground garage. Pets are also allowed for a small extra fee.
6. Check-in / Check-out Procedure
Client should meet Exclusive Apartments representative at an agreed upon time. Client should specify time of arrival to Exclusive Apartments at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time to apartments begins at 2 p.m. However, early check-in may be possible with advance notice depending on occupancy situation. Client and Exclusive Apartments representative will arrange to meet at specified time. At this time Client will receive keys to apartment and review general information. Exclusive Apartments representative will receive balance of payment in full. If Client will be late for specified meeting, it is imperative to call Exclusive Apartments representative as soon as possible. Check-out time is noon. Late check-out may be possible in special situations. Client and Exclusive Apartments will arrange for meeting time on day of departure. Exclusive Apartments representative will arrive at apartment at agreed upon time. At this time, Client will return all keys and materials such as Internet router to Exclusive Apartments representative. Client and Exclusive Apartments representative will make a brief walk-through of apartment to check for any damages. Client is responsible for any damages incurred during stay. Price agreed upon during the reservation process is final. In event of late arrival or early departure Client will be expected to pay in full the agreed upon price.
7. Clients obligations
The number of people stated in voucher should match the number of people in the apartment. Any changes in voucher must be agreed upon by Client and Exclusive Apartments representative. Exclusive Apartments representative may be contacted by phone or e-mail if change in voucher is desired. Failure to comply can result in cancellation of reservation by Exclusive Apartments. Client is expected to behave in a professional manner and respect the privacy of neighbors. Client is expected to respect the apartment and surrounding area. Client is expected to keep up basic cleanliness of apartment (wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment). Client is expected to report any damages immediately upon arrival or as they occur.
8. Changes in reservation
Client may change reservation up to 14 days before arrival. Client may change time of reservation or number of people during this time. Client must contact Exclusive Apartments by phone or e-mail specifying any changes desired. At this point Exclusive Apartments will inform Client if changes are possible, due to availability. If new changes cannot be made, original deposit is not refundable.
9. Child Policy
Any child 5 years or younger may stay for free in apartments, providing they sleep with parents or in a small bed provided by parents. Exclusive Apartments does not provide special bedclothes for children. Client is responsible to name any children staying with them on reservation form.
10. Pets
In Exclusive Apartment pets are not allowed.
11. Replacement apartment
I fan accidental problem occurs which renders any apartment unfit to live in, Exclusive Apartments will provide a replacement apartment to Client at no further charge. In this situation Client also has a choice to receive a refund, minus services already rendered.
12. Arbitration process
In case of disagreement between Client and Exclusive Apartments, Polish law will be the sole and final determiner. Exclusive Apartments is registered legally in Wroclaw and any court matter will be settled in the Wroclaw Municipal Court.
